Digital Coatmeter

NEW CONCEPTS & SYSTEMS offers Digital Coatmeter-C. The instrument is designed on principle of eddy current according to DIN 50984, 50982 and ISO 2360. It measures thickness of Non - conductive coating on conducting base.

It is useful for measurement of coating of Phosphates, Paint, Varnishes, Teflon, Enamel, Glass, Rubber, FRP etc. on MS, SS, Brass, Aluminium etc. and Anodising of Aluminum.

Digital Coatmeter - C

The Instrument is quite user freindly. Calibration is easy with ZERO and CAL knobs. Testfoils and Testpiece are supplied with instrument which help the user to set the instrument to the utmost accuracy.

The instrument has spring loaded probe for constant force. The probe has V groove for cylindrical parts.

The masuring range of the Standard Model(DCM-C) is 0-1200 Micron with resolution of 1 Micron throughout the range.Other model with measuring range of 0-4mm (Model:DCM-C4) is also available.The reading is displayed on LCD display. The instrument works on 9 Volts dry battery and it has a separate indicator for Battery check. Auto OFF facility is incorporated to extend the Battery life.

Digital Coatmeter - M

Digital Coat Meter - M is designed for measuring non magnetic coating on magnetic (ferrous) base material such as M.S. The standard model DCM-M is available with 0-1200 micron range. Other models with range of 0-6mm (Model:DCM-M6) and 0-12mm (Model:DCM-M12) are also available. The instrument has an excellent calibration facility with zero and cal + & - membrane switches. Test foils and testpiece are provided to facilitate the user to set the instrument to utmost accuracy. The instrument has spring loaded probe for constant force. The probe has V groove for cylindrical parts. The Instrument has an Auto Off facility extend the Battery life.
