Automatic Erichsen Cupping Testing Machine
This
Automatic Machine is designed as per the International Standard Specifications.
All the required parameters which are described in standard have been
considered.
This
test is used for providing indication of the stretch forming capacity
of the sheet metal or applied coating on it. This gives value in
mm which is known as Erichsen value.

Automatic Scratch Hardness Tester
This
machine is designed as per the International standard specifications.
All the parameters are considered in manufacturing process.
This
test is used for determination and measuring the resistance offered
by the coated film on metallic sheet by scratching standard specific
hard ball point needle. This resistance is measured in grams.

Grinding gauge (Hagman gauge) :
This
test is used to measure the size of fine solid particles present
in semi pest type of material. This is measured in microns.
•
Flow Cup Viscometer :
It
is generally known as Ford cup. This cup is made of gun metal designed
according to the specific dimensions and shape prescribed in standard
specification.
This
is used to measure the viscosity of liquid i.e. paint, ink, varnish,
etc. Generally B-4 cup is used, but we can offer B-8 or B-10.

Weight per litre Cup :
This
cup is made of stainless steel for the rapid determination of weight
per litter or density of liquid i.e. paint, ink, varnish, lacquer
etc.
This
cup is made of 100 cc or 50 cc capacity.

Salt Spray (fog) Testing Chamber :
Salt
spray chamber is designed to test number of coated panels in the specific
salty atmosphere where salty fog is created by compress air through
nozzle. The solution is either prepared artificially or natural sea
water is used.

4 side Film Applicator :
This
is used to produce wet film having 4nos. film thicknesses i.e. 30,
60, 90, and 120 microns and standard width is 60 mm. This can be manufactured
as per customer’s specific requirements.

Sag Index Applicator :
This
apparatus is used to determine the sagging effect of wet film of
liquid. The instrument produces seven straps of various thicknesses
of wet film on test panel i.e.50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175 and 200microns.

Bend Test Apparatus :
This
test covers determination of the resistance to cracking (flexibility)
of attached coating on sheet metal
•
Zahn Cup :
This
test method is used to determine the viscosity of paint, varnish,
lacquer, inks etc. by dip-type viscosity cup. This cup is available
from no.1 to no. 5.
•
Pencil Hardness Tester :
This
test method covers a procedure for rapid determination of the film
hardness of an organic coating in terms of drawing lead pencils of
known hardness from 6B to 6H
• Abrasion Test Instrument :
This
Instrument measures the abrasion resistance of the surfaces of all
kinds such as Plastic, Coating, Paints, Lacquers, Road marking paints,
Electro plating etc.

Tablet Hardness Tester:
This
Instrument is used for measuring the crushing force and hardness of
the Tablets in the Pharmaceutical Industries. |
